Dear Valued Customer,

First and foremost thank you for your loyal patronage to Patriot Disposal Inc. I personally appreciate your business, your support of our local company and hope to serve you well into the future.

I have done everything I can to keep our prices low as possible and will continue to strive to be as efficient as possible to maintain our low prices. Unfortunately due to the seemingly unending rise in diesel and diesel related-costs we must raise our prices $1.00 per service per month. Unlike many of our competitors who add a fuel surcharge and environmental fees, which they can raise on a monthly or quarterly basis with out notice, I prefer to tell you upfront any time I am changing your rate. The rate I quote you will be the rate you pay no hidden fees or charges.

Patriot Disposal Inc. does have programs in place to help you save money.

  • Pay 11 months and get one month free. Also with this program you are exempt from any price increase during the period you have paid, effectively locking in your rate for one year.
  • Refer a friend. When a new customer signs up service with us and lets us know you referred them to us you will receive a $5.00 credit to your account. There is no limit to the number of credits you can earn on this program.

There are also other things you can do to help us keep costs low.

  • Pay your bills on time. Collecting on past due accounts is very expensive and we do impose a late fee for all balances not paid by the due date.
  • Have your container to the curb by 6:00 AM the day of your pick up. gain with fuel prices at record levels it makes it very expensive to return for containers not placed out on time. In this situation I will probably ask that you let my office know and I will take some extra from you the following week or have you pay for us to return the same week.

We are also pursuing the technology to be able to send your bill to you by e-mail. This should be avail-able by August or September of this year. This will help keep costs lower by avoiding sending a bill in the mail as well as our effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Please go to the “Contact Us” tab and send us a quick e-mail giving us your e-mail address and letting us know you would like to get your bill electronically when that is available.

In conclusion, I again appreciate your understanding. Please know I am very proud of our track record of keeping our prices low and maintaining the highest standard of service. We all will continue to look for ways to keep our costs down and your price low in spite of the rising cost of diesel. If you have any questions, feel free to email us from our web site or call us at any time Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Sincerely,

Jay Eby
